How did we get there?

In all, KETTLER has developed more than five million square feet of commercial space, more than 50,000 homes in 25 master-planned communities and many of the area's premier mixed-use communities. KETTLER’s projects of note include the Cascades, Piedmont and Lorton Station planned communities, the Midtown Reston Town Center community of condos, shops and apartments and the Metropolitan brand of Class A apartments in more than 10 locations throughout the Washington region. KETTLER Management manages nearly 20,000 apartments in 82 locations from New York to the Carolinas and also offers a full range of services to corporate and institutional real estate owners. We have partnered with world-renowned architects, won hundreds of awards for housing design, land planning and urban design. Still, our greatest satisfaction comes from improving the communities of which we are a part.
