Kettler today announced the topping off of its $129 million high-rise luxury apartment building, The Millennium at Metropolitan Park.

Kettler announced the East Coast expansion of its multifamily property management division and the addition of an apartment property now under management in the New York market.
With the announcement, Kettler now offers its full array of property management and marketing services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, marking the first time the company has expanded beyond its headquarters service area of Washington, D.C. Maryland and Virginia.
