Cindy Clare serves as President of KETTLER Management. Based in McLean, Virginia, KETTLER Management is a property management firm specializing in apartments; its diverse portfolio includes high-end luxury apartments and affordable housing units.

Ms. Clare joined KETTLER in April 2005, and oversees operations of more than 10,000 apartments currently under management. She also supervises a pipeline of 4,500 additional units that KETTLER expects to bring on line over the next several years. Prior to joining KETTLER, Ms. Clare worked at The Mark Winkler Company, a real estate development and management company based in Alexandria. Va. During her tenure at Winkler, Ms. Clare was responsible for all operations related to residential management and oversaw over 6,000 units. Under her guidance, many innovative processes were put in place to improve customer service and attract and retain skilled professionals.

Ms. Clare earned a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia. She also earned the Certified Property Manager designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management and the Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
