Jamie Gorski is the Chief Marketing Officer of KETTLER in Vienna, Virginia. She supervises KETTLER's strategic planning, brand development and standards implementation as well as Internet marketing and statistical market analysis. Ms. Gorski oversees a ten-person marketing department that managesKETTLER's corporate identity and marketing efforts for property management, multifamily development, commercial and planned communities.

At KETTLER, Ms. Gorski has overseen such major initiatives as redeveloping the corporate web site, launching a major public relations campaign and bringing 2,500 new condominiums to market. She has worked to advance KETTLER’s advertising and collateral campaigns and has substantially improved Kettler’s corporate and site-specific visual identities.

Prior to joining Kettler, Ms. Gorski served as Vice President of Marketing for Archstone-Smith in Arlington, Virginia. Before Charles E. Smith Residential merged with Archstone to form Archstone-Smith, Ms. Gorski was Vice President of Marketing for Charles E. Smith Residential for over ten years. Ms. Gorski’s accomplishments include spearheading the Charles E. Smith Residential "Leaders In Urban Living" re-imaging campaign which encompassed a complete reworking of the graphic standards, marketing initiatives and websites. Ms. Gorski was instrumental in the development of the company's Internet marketing strategies, especially the creation of the Smith Virtual Marketing Department. During Ms. Gorski’s tenure, Charles E. Smith Residential was the number one performing REIT in the country.

Ms. Gorski has won numerous marketing awards, including twenty Pillars of the Industry awards for best brochures, best sales & marketing campaigns and best Internet marketing. She won an international award for the Alban Towers brochure.

At Ohio State University, Ms. Gorski received a B.S. in mathematics and was captain of the Ohio State swim team. She won a Big Ten Championship and was a NCAA National finalist. Ms. Gorski and her family reside in Annapolis, Maryland.
