Brief Description: The Maintenance Manager, under the direction of the Property Manager, is responsible for all physical operations and maintaining curb appeal of the apartment community.

Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Participating in all maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work
• Coordinating and performing repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors
• Managing maintenance budgets and other administrative tasks
• Troubleshooting appliances and other technical issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Computer Proficiency
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience or valid training
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Universal CFC Certification required
• Mastery of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair
• Strong understanding of HVAC repair
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
