Sweepstakes begins April 8, 2008, and ends June 16, 2008*. Entries must be received by 12 p.m., E.T., on June 16, 2008. Entries become the property of KETTLER, 1751 Pinnacle Drive #700, McLean, Virginia and will not be returned.
ENTRY: Enter at www.kettler.com by submitting a completed online entry form. There is no cost to register or enter.

ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter, except employees of KETTLER, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address. KETTLER employees and family members are not eligible to win.
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZING: On or about June 22, 2008, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under KETTLER’s supervision. One (1) winner will receive $5,000 toward a dream vacation and access to VIPdesk Concierge for vacation planning. Vacation must be arranged with VIPdesk within 60 days of winning. No cash substitute. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. By entering the contest, the participant agrees to receive communication from KETTLER and/or the KETTLER Club, provided that no information furnished for this purpose will be rented, sold or shared with third parties.KETTLER reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. KETTLER will determine all elements of prize in its sole discretion. Prize may not be re-assigned, refunded, transferred, or changed, except at KETTLER’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee express or implied by KETTLER. KETTLER disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner.
