Kettler has been able to successfully underwrite investments using the knowledge of development costs, operating costs, market rents and investor return parameters. Our in-house acquisitions team arranges for financing sources, negotiates contracts and conducts due diligence prior to closing. The team also has been successful with the recapitalization of properties within our existing portfolio with new debt and/or equity. Kettler has successfully facilitated the disposition process for properties listed for sale.
