Cynthia M Clare Joins KSI as Senior Vice President for Operations of its Management Corporation

KSI Management Corporation announced today that Cynthia M. Clare, has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. KSI Management is part of KSI Services, Inc. (KSI), one of greater Washington, DC’s largest diversified real estate companies.
Clare will be responsible for all operations of over 8,000 apartments currently under management as well as overseeing the future operations of another 4,500 units KSI expects to bring on line in the next several years. The Units range from high-end luxury to some of the most desired affordable housing in the Greater Washington area.
“Cindy brings a unique skill set to KSI,” said Bob Murray, president of KSI Management. “She has all of the technical operational skill along with all of the interpersonal skills to manage and interact with a wide range of customers and their needs. We are strengthening our management team across all of our Companies and Cindy’s proven track record will be critical to that goal.”
Clare joins KSI from The Mark Winkler Company, a real estate development and management Company base in Alexandria. Va. While working at Winkler, Clare was responsible for all operations related to residential management overseeing some 6,000 units. Under her guidance, many innovative processes were put in place to improve customer service as well as attract and retain skilled, professional personnel.
Clare earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and has professional certification from The Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
