Midtown Alexandria Station Exceeds $100 Million in Condo Sales
Market Strong in Northern Virginia

KSI Services, Inc. announced today that the sales of condominiums at their Midtown Alexandria Station project exceeded the $100 million mark in the first 4 months of sales. Over 270 homes have signed contracts. Residents will move in the middle of 2007.

The DC Metro area continues to need homes to keep up with demand in the region.”
KSI has over 5,000 condominium homes in its construction pipeline over the next three years and a waiting list of over 20,000 prospective buyers.
Midtown Alexandria Station, when completed, will offer 368 new condos in an elegant 16 story high-rise building located at the Huntington Metro Station. Finishes will include imported Italian cabinetry, granite countertops and GE Profile ™ stainless steel appliances. Amenities will include a swimming pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi®, landscaped sundeck with outdoor grill area, 24-hour concierge service provided by VIPdesk™, a cyber café with wireless Internet access and a sports center with massage room.
