October 31, 2005
KSI Services, Inc, announced today that there has been overwhelming interest in their newest project in Montgomery County. Midtown Bethesda North consists of 230 condominiums on 20 floors with the residences starting on the 6th floor. Other unique amenities for the project include a rooftop pool and spa, fitness club, full-service guest suites and guest parking.
‘We are excited about Midtown Bethesda because it will have the cosmopolitan feel of some of the world’s best boutique hotels,” stated Donald Hague, Vice President of Multifamily Development. “In addition, fifteen of the homes will be moderately priced for those looking for affordable housing in the area.”
The preview party to commence the start of sales at Midtown Bethesda North was held October 20th at the Strathmore Mansion in Bethesda, attracting 1,500 prospective buyers. In addition to getting a sneak preview of the new homes under construction, customers were also treated to displays by prominent local retailers including Bo Concepts, McLean Furniture Gallery and Offenbachers Patio as well as exhibits by Capital Closets and Integrated Media Systems. These designer areas were intended to provide interior design concepts for the unique Midtown Bethesda North customer.
There has been an enormous amount of revitalization along the Route 355 corridor as part of the Twinbrook redevelopment. In designing Midtown Bethesda North, KSI has created another signature transit-oriented destination and is poised to take advantage of all that is happening in the Bethesda area.
