KSI Management Teams with Realty Datatrust to Implement Vaultware Tax Credit Solution
KSI Management to Market and Lease Tax Credit Homes Online

KSI Management Corp., announced today that it has implemented VaultWare™ Tax Credit Solution, an online leasing tool, for the benefit of those potential residents who wish to make apartment reservations online. KSI is one of the leading developers and managers of affordable housing in the Washington DC Metro area. Because of the unique qualifications for these homes, the VaultWare™ Tax Credit Solution will enable residents to access the income eligibility requirements and be pre-qualified online.
KSI Management had been looking for a better way to compete and market their affordable housing online. They worked closely with Realty DataTrust, the makers of VaultWare™, to create a program that communicates that the reduced rates are specific only for individuals eligible under the Tax Credit Program. The new online solution lets consumers shop online for properties that provide discounted tax-credit rates under the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
