KSI Services Wins 11 Prestigious MAME Awards
KSI Takes Eleven Firsts and an Award of Merit

Vienna, VA based KSI Services, Inc, a leading developer of mixed-use residential and commercial properties in the Washington metropolitan area, announced today that they won twelve prestigious Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence Awards (MAME) and an Award of Merit.
The Northern Virginia Building Industry Association presented the awards at their 2006 MAME Awards Gala at the Washington Hilton on May 26. These awards honor the homes and communities throughout the extended Washington, Metropolitan region that represent the finest that the industry has to offer.
KSI was selected as Winner in the following categories:
- Best Overall Marketing Presentation, Multifamily over 275 units: Midtown at Alexandria Station
- Best Marketing Campaign, Multifamily: Midtown Bethesda North
- Community of the Year, Multifamily Condominium: Midtown at Largo Station
- Best Print Advertising Campaign, Planned Community: Potomac Club
- Best Website, Planned Community: Potomac Club

- Best Community Brochure, Multi-Family Condominium, 250-500 Units: Midtown Bethesda North
- Best Color Ad ½ Page or Less: Potomac Club
- Best Web Ad Marketing Campaign: KSI Condos
- Best Print Advertising Best Ad Campaign, Multifamily, KSI Condos
The firm also received an award of Merit for:
- Best Special Promotion or Event, Broker or Consumer Oriented: Midtown Largo Station, KSI Condos
