Midtown Alexandria Station Condominiums Top Out
16 Story Building will have 368 homes available in the middle of 2007

KSI Services, Inc. and Bovis Lend Lease announced today that the final floor of KSI’s 16-story Midtown Alexandria Station condominium residences has been poured. A Topping Out ceremony was held March 15 to honor the construction crews for their hard work and to commemorate the successful, on-time completion of the highest point of the structure. Now that vertical construction is complete, the building is now ready to move into exterior finishes followed by interior construction and fit-out. Homes will begin delivery in summer of 2007.

Midtown Alexandria Station will have 368 new condominiums in an upscale high-rise. It is located adjacent to the Huntington Metro Station. Finishes include imported Italian cabinetry, granite countertops and GE Profile™ stainless steel appliances. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi®, landscaped sundeck with an outdoor grill area, 24-hour concierge service provided by VIPdesk™, a cyber café with wireless Internet access and a sports center with massage room.
Midtown Alexandria Station reached the $100 million mark in the first four months its sales office was open. It has now topped $120 million with over 300 of the homes sold .
KSI currently has over 5,000 condominium homes in its construction pipeline over the next three years and a waiting list of over 20,000 prospective buyers.
