Kettler, one of the Washington area’s leaders in diversified real estate, has announced their headquarter relocation to the Pinnacle Towers in McLean. With the move, all functions of Kettler and Kettler Management will now be integrated under one roof.
“There has been much public conversation about the state of the housing market over the last year, but we have been fortunate to see continued growth and development,” said Robert C. Kettler, founder and chairman of Kettler. “This move further proves we are heading in the right direction. With 480 employees all located in one building, Kettler will see increased business flexibility, expanded strategic plans, and enhanced customer service.”
The company’s relocation to the 80,000 square-foot Pinnacle Towers office space comes on the heels of their name change and branding initiative from KSI to Kettler.
Kettler’s consolidation provides an opportunity to expand their portfolio and respond to market and consumer demands.
In addition to residential planned communities and multifamily towers, Kettler is rapidly expanding their portfolio of commercial and retail development. This move enhances the company’s mixed-use portfolio by designing commercial and retail elements which are integrated into communities to blend housing with recreation, shopping and public amenities.
Celebrating their 30th anniversary, Kettler has developed more than five million square feet of commercial space and more than 50,000 housing units. Their diverse portfolio encompasses a range of residential properties, including apartments, condominiums and planned communities, as well as resort communities, mixed-use and commercial real estate. Residential offerings range from affordable to luxury properties.
Each Kettler development reflects the highest design standards and exceptional amenities in convenient locations. Through partnerships with noted brands such as Apple, VIPdesk, FlexCar and American Express, Kettler is able to deliver the highest level of service and cutting edge amenities to its customers.
Kettler’s latest undertakings include The Gramercy at Metropolitan Park in Pentagon City, VA featuring architecture and interiors by world-class architect, Robert AM Stern and Harbor Station, a 4,000 home resort on shores of the Potomac River.
Based in Northern Virginia and celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2007, Kettler is a leading developer of award-winning, mixed-use residential and commercial properties across the Washington Metropolitan area. In 2007, Kettler was named one of the area’s largest private companies by the Washington Business Journal and is one of the nation’s top 15 multifamily developers. Kettler has developed more than five million square feet of commercial space and more than 50,000 homes. The company also owns and manages 9,000 apartments in 40 locations. Current projects include urban and transit-oriented developments, multifamily housing, commercial and mixed-use developments and resort communities.
