Kettler Showcases with Incentives Proves Now is the Time to Buy

Developer to showcase all condominium properties this weekend

October 11, 2007

Kettler, one of greater Washington, D.C.’s most diversified real estate and property management companies, will host an open house showcase to allow viewing of all Kettler condominium properties on October 13-14 from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

After receiving nearly twice as much traffic as initially expected during the showcase held on September 29-30, Kettler has taken the initiative to provide another opportunity to compare prices, property locations and incentives among all of its distinct and uniquely designed condominium communities.

“Interest in our condominiums has been remarkable,” said Jamie Gorski, Chief Marketing Officer for Kettler. “And we expect interest to remain strong largely because buyers know that Kettler offers the finest condominiums in the region with top-of-the-line fixtures and amenities. The vibrant metropolitan market has also helped spur interest in our products. Buyers know that our homes are located in an area where employment is strong and their investment will appreciate over time.”

Jeff Akseizer, named one of Washington’s top 75 interior designers, recently completed a full-furnished model that is now available for viewing at Midtown North, Kettler’s latest development of high-end condominiums located in Reston Town Center.

Some of the other choice residential communities available for viewing are the Midtown Reston Town Center towers, Midtown Alexandria Station, Midtown Bethesda North, Midtown Largo Station, West Village of Shirlington and the Residences of Lorton Station. The communities include townhomes, apartments and condominiums that feature sprawling floor plans, modern architecture and eclectic interior design.
