Kettler Welcomes First Tenants to Prince William County Center Office
Berkley Net Underwriters, LLC's Headquarters to Occupy Over 6,500 Square Feet

Kettler, one of the Washington area’s leaders in diversified real estate development and property management, has announced, Berkley Net Underwriters, LLC, a subsidiary of W. R. Berkley Corporation, as the first tenants to occupy the first of two new class-A office buildings at Prince William County Center.

Berkley Net Underwriters, LLC's new headquarters will be on the second floor of the 59,910 square foot building, located on Prince William Parkway, directly across from the McCort Building, headquarters of the Prince William County Government. The move is scheduled for spring 2007.

Prince William County Center is comprised of 1,000 mixed residential homes, which are currently sold out, and mixed-use retail and office buildings. There are plans for a second office building to be constructed at a later date.
