Potomac Club Sales Top 400 Units

Premiere Gated Community Growing Fast

Kettler, one of greater Washington, DC’s largest diversified real estate companies, announced today that it has sold 400 units at its new mixed use community, Potomac Club, since the development opened in 2006. The sales volume for these units has topped $150 million.

This master planned community, which will eventually include over 1,600 townhomes, condominiums and apartments, has become Prince William County’s fastest growing community in its first full year of operation. Buyers can choose from unique homes designed by prestigious developers like Pulte Homes, Ryan Homes and M/I Homes with 17 different floorplans.

Scheduled for completion in 2010, Potomac Club offers residents extensive amenities. Membership includes use of the $12 million clubhouse that features a state-of-the-art athletic club, indoor and outdoor pools, sundeck, yoga lawn and rock climbing wall. The residents-only clubhouse also includes an innovative business center and meeting space with Wi-Fi hot spots. Members can also take advantage of Club MAC, a residents-only lounge and billiards room that will play host organized events and private parties.
