Allegro Apartments Bring Broadway To DC

Metro Properties, a real estate development firm located in Bethesda, Maryland that specializes in transit-oriented multifamily and mixed-use developments, partnered with Merrick Towle Communications, Broadway actress Natalie Joy Johnson, currently starring in Legally Blonde the Musical, and Town Danceboutique to present a one-night-only live performance to promote the upcoming opening of their newest building, the Allegro Apartments. Natalie sang eight songs for the crowd, and showcased Allegro’s advertising campaign, location, and features and amenities.

The event took place at Town Danceboutique on January 9th, 2009. Located at 2009 8th St., NW, Town is a Washington Post Editors’ Pick which boasts 20,000 square feet including a custom-built stage, multiple bars and two large dance floors.
