Promotion Rules and Regulations
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. MUST BE A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT
18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AS OF 5/1/08 TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED AND BY LAW. TO ENTER: 1) Fill out registration form online at www.KettlerLiving.com. Only one registration per month permitted per person during the Promotion Period. Registrations made more than that will be disqualified. Any attempts by an individual to access the site via a bot script or other brute-force attack will result in that e-mail address becoming ineligible. KETTLER is not responsible for entry submission received after deadline, incomplete or misdirected entries or incomplete transmission defaults, computer-server failure, and/or delayed, garbled or corrupted data transmitted by participants via the Internet. No mass or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. KETTLER reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes without notice, for any reason, or if it becomes infected with a virus or is otherwise technically corrupted. All entries become the exclusive property of KETTLER and will not be acknowledged. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/1/08 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. ET on 6/30/08.
PRIZE: Prize winner may select KETTLER Lifestyle prize of their choice. Prizes outlined on contest home page. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
DRAWINGS: Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the fifteenth each month during the promotion from among all valid entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email on or about the 15th each month. Winners will be given 7 days to select their prize and return any required forms for prize guarantee/delivery. Sponsor will report value of prizes as required by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No transfer or assignment of any prize or portion of any prize permitted.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older with Internet access as of 5/1/08. Employees and household family members of KETTLER, and of each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, vendors, wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. Sponsor is running one (1) Sweepstakes with two (2) drawings, one each month of the promotion. Any individual winning one of the drawings is ineligible to win any of the other Prizes. Prize winner will be required to complete and return Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and a vendor set up form in order to collect the prize. If required, Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity Releases and vendor set up forms must be returned within 7 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected.
RELEASES: By entering this Sweepstakes, winners consent to the use of their names, photographs or likenesses for publicity or advertising purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All entrants release KETTLER and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages and/or loss
GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Entrants further grant KETTLER the right to use and publish their proper name and state in print, or any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for KETTLER and their advertising and promotional agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless KETTLER and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. KETTLER will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
