Neil Markoff serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the company. Mr. Markoff has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of human resource management. His primary responsibilities include human capital strategic planning, employee relations, compensation and rewards as well as succession planning and change management for the organization. Mr. Markoff also oversees the recruitment and training programs at Kettler as well as the employee performance management initiatives.
Mr. Markoff earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College in Milton, MA., and a master’s degree in human resource management from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. He is also a Certified Diversity Recruiter. Prior to joining Kettler, Mr. Markoff worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle in senior leadership positions.
