Pamela Tyrrell joined Kettler in 1997 and is Senior Vice President of the Multifamily Development and Construction division of the company. Ms. Tyrrell has nearly 20 years of experience and continues to be an integral part of the multifamily development team. She is primarily responsible for all aspects of development from feasibility through construction, lease-up and stabilization and oversees the development of over 3,000 units with total development costs in excess of $1 billion.
Ms. Tyrrell earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA., and a master’s in real estate from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to joining Kettler, Ms. Tyrrell worked at Arthur Andersen and Freddie Mac. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multi Housing Council.
