Property Management: is the overseeing of residential, commercial, and/or industrial real estate, including apartments, detached houses, condominium units, and shopping centers. It typically involves the managing of property that is owned by another party or entity. We oversee several locations including Tampa, Florida to Raleigh, North Carolina, and Washington DC. Finance & Accounting

KETTLER Property Accounting handles all aspects of the Accounting functions for our fully owned, joint-venture, and third-party clients . We offer a broad range of services including providing timely GAAP financial reporting, compliance with state and local regulations, lender and investor reporting, annual audit reviews, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, and annual budgeting. KETTLER has a dedicated Property Management Accounting Team, and by providing our best practices, expertise, and experience each client receives personal and professional attention.

Public Relations

KETTLER provides an end to end communication plan that follows the lifecycle of any crisis at our communities. This includes, but is not limited to: a formalized crisis management, media relations, press releases, and media coaching.

Leasing Optimization

Our sales and marketing platform uses leading virtual and digital technologies to engage our prospects' imagination, in helping them envision their new home. Property Compliance Services

KETTLER offers tax compliance monitoring and training, both outsourced and in house, for tax credit, section 8 and conventional affordable properties. These compliance reviews examine all elements of tax credit compliance, including a review of set-aside requirements, rent levels, utility allowance documentation, income limits, employee units, optional fees, file storage policies, available unit tracking compliance, and fair housing accessibility compliance. Resident files from each property will be reviewed for procedural compliance with the tenant certification and verification requirements of the Section 42 program and the Conventional Affordable requirements.
